One of my favourite haunts, Mothecombe beach is privately owned by the Flete estate but they allow the public in at weekends.
There's a great spot high up in the nearby woodlands that overlooks the whole bay, it used to be my "moping" spot as a young adult and now I find myself here again, getting away from it all and losing myself for hours at the tripod, not realising that I'm rudely blocking the way of a patient lady with a dog !
